If I book a serviced office, how long do I need to sign up for?
Our standard contract is for 12 months with a 6-month break.
How much is it to hire one of your meeting rooms or the boardroom?
Our meeting rooms are £30 per hour and the boardroom is £35 per hour. These numbers exclude VAT.
What does the rent include?
The rent includes service charges, security, heating, electricity, gas, water, buildings insurance, maintenance and refreshments (tea, coffee, milk, sugar and squash)
How fast is the broadband speed?
We have a 100 meg lease line. Broadband speed is excellent.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there is parking and there is no additional charge.
